Wholesale FAQ

Wholesale Accounts are intended for businesses reselling Briotech brand products to their customers. Wholesale purchases are sold in case sizes only. Wholesale minimum order quantity is one case, plus ground freight. Wholesale status requires a yearly minimum purchase quantity of ten cases.
Wholesalers are required to retail at MSRP or higher. Wholesalers may not resell Briotech brand products on Amazon's platform or any other third-party marketplaces. Promoting other sanitizers and/or disinfectants online is prohibited.
Do not tamper with, dilute, or adulterate the product. Do not dispense from anything other than Briotech brand bottles and/or sprayers; re-bottling and/or re-branding is strictly prohibited.
All wholesale purchases are considered final once the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Returns/refunds will only be honored in the event of damaged product upon arrival and/or incorrect items shipped.
Briotech reserves the right to terminate account status upon the failure or refusal to meet any of the requirements described herein.
Standard Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply. International Buyer assumes ALL responsibility for Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees applicable upon importation. All fees are based on the total amount purchased. Please see here for further information. Briotech will not authorize refund for product and/or shipping costs for packages that are denied upon receipt or returned by the International carrier. Orders that are abandoned are not eligible for any refund.
Free shipping is available on wholesale orders of $350+. Offer valid for lower 48 contiguous United States only. The target of $350 is considered after any discounts are applied and before any applicable taxes are applied.
By opting for Free Shipping, as made available by Briotech, buyer agrees to let Briotech choose the shipping method. Briotech may honor buyer requests for a specific carrier at their discretion. Offer is not available for shipping to a PO Box in some instances. If a buyer's order contains a PO Box as the Shipping Address, prior to fulfillment Briotech may contact the buyer for an alternative address and/or send an invoice for the cost of shipping and, in the case of this, if the buyer is unable to provide neither within 10 days of order placement then Briotech may opt to cancel and refund the order. Your Wholesale discount is reflected automatically and is the highest discount we offer. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts such as retail sales, subscription discounts, SMS discounts, or any other promos.
Standard Wholesale processing times 2-3 business days. Standard delivery time for domestic orders are 2-7 days. Standard delivery time for international orders will vary, estimated anywhere from 2-10 days. Lead times may be extended during periods of high volume (holidays, sales, etc.)
Standard domestic orders ship primarily via FedEx, but may also be shipped utilizing UPS or USPS. International orders may be shipped using either FedEx International or DHL Express Worldwide.
Per Wholesale Terms & Conditions, we maintain a strict no returns policy on all wholesale orders. Returns will only be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Product is damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect items were sent
All wholesale purchases are considered final once the order has been fulfilled and shipped. We encourage you to review your order thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
