If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from briotechusa.shop can be returned. The item must be returned in its original packaging and a copy of the original receipt.
To start a standard return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label which you may use for your convenience, or you may purchase your own; we recommend that you purchase a shipping label using a trackable service.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Special orders are non-returnable and are non-refundable. Returns that are open and/or used are not eligible for full refund. Briotech products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Standard Returns
Upon our receipt of a standard return, all items will undergo an inspection and, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the order's original method of payment for the product price with the possibility of either, or both, of the following deductions on a case-by-case basis: (A) the cost of return shipping, (B) a restocking fee of up to 30%. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will notify you to let you know when the refund is issued.
Refunds: Return To Sender
Upon our receipt of a shipment marked as "Return To Sender," all items will undergo an inspection and, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the order's original method of payment for the order price with the possibility of either, or both, of the following deductions on a case-by-case basis: (A) original shipping fees, (B) a restocking fee of up to 30%. If it is not possible to withhold original shipping fees because the buyer selected "Free Shipping," then, Briotech may withhold from any refund the original cost of postage paid by Briotech to ship the order. Specific, but not limited, instances where Briotech will withhold shipping fees, or postage, are for reasons due to an insufficient or incorrect address, due to a denial by the receiver, or due to a change of address by the receiver. We will notify you to let you know if a refund is issued.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt or order confirmation.
